Contents of Notice. The notice referred to in Article 38 shall name a further day (not earlier than the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date of service of the notice) on or before which the payment required by the notice is to be made, the place where payment is to be made and shall state that, in the event of non-payment on or before the day and at the place appointed the shares in respect of which such payment is due will be liable to be forfeited.
