  • Filing Designation The City Department Director will designate each individual who will be providing services to the City pursuant to the Agreement as full disclosure, limited disclosure, or excluded from disclosure, based on an analysis of the services the Consultant will provide. Notwithstanding this designation or anything in the Agreement, the Consultant is ultimately responsible for complying with FPPC regulations and filing requirements.   • Written Designation The Owner shall designate, in writing, a representative authorized to act on the Owner's behalf with respect to the Project. The Plan Administrator shall be entitled to rely on the last Beneficiary Designation Form filed by the Executive and accepted by the Plan Administrator prior to the Executive’s death.

  • Project Administration Designation Pursuant to Paragraph (B) of Rule 164-1-21 of the Administrative Code, the Recipient shall designate its Chief Executive Officer, Chief Fiscal Officer and Project Manager in Appendix B of this Agreement. Changes in these designations must be made in writing.
