Contest of Authority Decisions. The Authority shall decide all questions, difficulties, and disputes of any nature whatsoever that may arise under or by reason of this Agreement, the prosecution and fulfillment of the Services called for hereunder, or the character, quality, amount, or value thereof. The decision of the Authority upon all such claims, questions or disputes shall be final and binding if not contested by Design-Builder in a written notice delivered to the Authority within seven days after Design-Builder’s receipt of written notice from the Authority concerning such decision.
