Contingency / Emergency Plans. 9.1.1. Contingency/Emergency Plans shall be compiled, implemented and reviewed between the Parties not less than once a year; 9.1.2. In order to ensure Contingency/Emergency readiness, regional, practical simulation and desktop exercises shall be executed at least once a year; 9.1.3. Through these exercises emergency procedures requiring better planning and execution will be identified and corrective measures shall be jointly implemented; 9.1.4. Each Party shall appoint a representative to implement the contingency planning process.
