CONTINGENCY MEASURES. 13.1 State Street shall maintain in a separate and safe place additional copies of all records required to be maintained pursuant to this Agreement or additional tapes, disks or other sources of information necessary to reproduce all such records. 13.2 Within twelve (12) months of the date hereof, State Street shall establish and maintain a disaster recovery back-up facility available for its use in providing the Services required hereunder in the event circumstances beyond State Street's control result in State Street not being able to process the necessary work at its principal facility.
