Common use of Contingency Plans Clause in Contracts

Contingency Plans. Service Provider shall arrange and ensure proper data recovery mechanism, attrition plan and other contingency plans to meet any unexpected obstruction to Service Provider or any employees or sub-contractors (if allowed) of Service Provider in rendering the Services or any part of the same under this Agreement to the Bank. Service Provider at Banks discretion shall co-operate with the Bank in case on any contingency.
