Contingency-School District. The obligations of the School District to close the transactions described in this Agreement are contingent upon the School District electors approving the transactions described in this Agreement in accordance with Wisconsin Statutes §§ 120.10 and 120.13. If the School District's electors shall not approve the transactions described in this Agreement on or before June 30, 2021, this Agreement shall automatically be deemed null and void and neither Party shall have any further obligations to the other under this Agreement.
