Common use of Continuation of Committee Clause in Contracts

Continuation of Committee. The Personnel Development Committee will continue to operate to promote and organize activities designed to enhance technical and work-related skills and knowledge of employees. The Committee is composed of two Union representatives plus the Director of Personnel or his designate as ex-officio member.
