Common use of Continuation of Insurance Clause in Contracts

Continuation of Insurance. Sellers will keep in existence all ------------------------- policies of insurance insuring the Companies against liability and property damage, fire and other casualty through the Closing Date, consistent with the policies currently in effect.

After Closing, Seller may cancel all policies of insurance it has on the Company and Eastern shall effective upon the Closing be responsible for insuring the Company.
