Common use of Continuation of Payment Clause in Contracts

Continuation of Payment. An employee shall have the option of continuing his coverage in Articles 25.01 and 25.02 on the cost sharing between the Employer and Employee as provided for in these plans for a period of two (2) months.

Continuation of Payment. An employee shall have the option of continuing his coverage in Articles 25.01 24.01 and 25.02 24.02 on the cost sharing basis between the Employer and Employee the employee as provided for in these plans for a period of two (2) monthsmonths provided the insurer will provide coverage and the employee has made appropriate arrangements with the Employer.
