CONTINUATION OF PERFORMANCE THROUGH TERMINATION. Upon receipt of the notice of termination and until the effective date of the notice of termination, the Contractor shall perform work consistent with the requirements of the Contract and, if applicable, in accordance with a written transition plan approved by the ADHS. If the Contract is terminated in part, the Contractor shall continue to perform the Contract to the extent not terminated. After receiving the notice of termination, the Contractor shall immediately notify all subcontractors, in writing, to stop work on the effective date of termination, and on the effective date of termination, the Contractor and subcontractors shall stop all work.
