CONTINUATION OF PRESENT AGREEMENT. In the event that a new or further Agreement is not entered into by the parties on or before the first day of June, 2003, this Agreement will continue in force and effect until: a. the Union commences a strike; or b. the College commences a lockout; or c. the parties enter into a new or further agreement.
