Continuation of Work. Pending the final resolution of any dispute arising under, related to, or involving this Agreement, Contractor agrees to diligently proceed with the performance of this Agreement, including the delivery of deliverables or providing of Services, in accordance with the AOC’s instructions. Contractor’s failure to diligently proceed in accordance with the AOC’s instructions will be considered a material breach of this Agreement.
