Continue Agreement. The Authority may, in the Authority’s sole discretion, maintain the Operator’s right to operate the Garden pursuant to this Agreement. In that case, this Agreement shall continue and the Authority may continue to enforce it.

Continue Agreement. Licensor may continue this Agreement in effect after Licensee's default and recover Fees as they become due.
