Continued Administration of Existing Grants. As a first Special Activity, which will not be subject to approval by the Board of Directors, the Members agree the Authority may continue to administer grants awarded to the Authority prior to the Effective Date in the same fashion as those grants have historically been administered by the Authority. However, this agreed Special Activity for administration of existing grants may not serve as a precedent for administration by the Authority of any future grants as those must be the subject of an additional Special Activity and Board approval.
