Common use of Continued Medical Benefits Clause in Contracts

Continued Medical Benefits. A lump sum payment equal to the cost of continued health coverage under COBRA, as described in Section 4.2 of the Plan, for a period of 6 months following the date of your Involuntary Termination (less applicable withholding taxes).

Continued Medical Benefits. A lump sum payment equal to to, on an after-tax basis, the cost of continued health coverage under COBRA, as described in Section 4.2 4(b) of the Plan, for a period of 6 months following the date of your Involuntary Termination (less applicable withholding taxes)multiplied by 12 months.
