Continuing Contract Provisions. If the parties cannot agree on any particular issue for negotiations and there has been a provision in the prior Agreement on this subject, that provision shall continue in the contract until changed by mutual agreement or by binding arbitration.
Continuing Contract Provisions. At the expiration of the term of this Agreement on June 30, 2022, the terms set out within the Agreement shall continue on a status quo basis.
