Common use of Continuity of Instruction Clause in Contracts

Continuity of Instruction. The superintendent shall attempt to arrange the work schedule of custodians and maintenance personnel to avoid the interruption of instruction. In the case of construction work scheduled during the school day, the Superintendent shall attempt to arrange such construction work to be done in a manner as to avoid undue interruption of instruction, but not so as to impose undue costs. The parties acknowledge that with the OSFC construction process, unavoidable interruptions will occur.
