CONTINUITY OF PAY ON DAY OF WORKPLACE INJURY. In the event of a workplace injury, an employee who must leave work due to injury or who leaves in order to receive emergency medical treatment will receive payment for the time away from the workplace on that day, up to the total number of straight time hours that the employee was scheduled to work.
