Common use of Continuous Electronic Monitoring (CEM) Clause in Contracts

Continuous Electronic Monitoring (CEM). As used herein, the term “Continuous Electronic Monitoring” shall mean an electronic system capable of continuous monitoring seven days per week, 24 hours a day, and 365-366 days a year.

Continuous Electronic Monitoring (CEM). As used herein, the term “Continuous Electronic Monitoring” shall mean an electronic system capable of continuous monitoring seven (7) days per week, 24 twenty-four (24) hours a day, and three-hundred sixty-five (365-366 ) days a yearyear (7/24/365).
