Common use of Continuous Employment Requirement Clause in Contracts

Continuous Employment Requirement. (1) The percentage of Tranches 2 or 3 related to a Target Year shall vest only if the Participant is continuously employed by Verizon from the Grant Date until June 30th of the year after the applicable Target Year. (2) There shall be no proration or interpolation for partial years of service--if the Participant does not satisfy the requirements of this paragraph 6(e), the Participant shall not vest in any RSUs related to a Target Year, notwithstanding any period of service during or after the Target Year or the attainment of the applicable Revenue Growth Goal or EPS Growth Goal.
