Clinical Privileges and Scheduling a. Anesthesia Provider(s) Staff Privileges. DreamSafe’s Anesthesia Provider(s) who are granted Staff Privileges and/or are appointed to [“Facility or Practice group”]’s Medical Staff shall have all rights, privileges and responsibilities of [“Facility or Practice group”]’s Medical Staff membership normally granted by [“Facility or Practice group”] for anesthesia provider(s). Membership on [“Facility or Practice group”] Medical Staff will be contingent upon DreamSafe’s Anesthesia Provider(s) compliance with [“Facility or Practice group”]’s Medical Staff Bylaws, Rules and Regulations. Before any Anesthesia Provider(s) may practice in [“Facility or Practice group”], he/she must first be granted medical staff privileges by [“Facility or Practice group”] in accordance with its Medical Staff’s established bylaws, rules and regulations for granting and removal of staff status as pertains to Anesthesia Provider(s). Exercise of Medical Staff privileges applicable to the Anesthesia Services will be contingent upon the anesthesia provider’s continued employment or contractual relationship with DreamSafe and the continuation of this Agreement. The ability of any anesthesia provider to exercise his clinical privileges at [“Facility or Practice group”] shall automatically lapse upon the termination of this agreement.

  • Dispatch and Scheduling 4.3.1 The Power Producer shall be required to schedule its power as per the applicable Regulations / Requirements / Guidelines of CERC / GERC / SLDC / RLDC and maintain compliance to the Grid Code requirements and directions, as specified by SLDC / RLDC from time to time. Any deviation from the schedule will attract the provisions of applicable Regulation / Guidelines / Directions and any financial implication on account of this shall be to the account of the Power Producer.

  • Weekend Scheduling It is the policy of the Employer to schedule those nurses who so desire every other weekend off, with the exception of those nurses who have signed an authorization to work consecutive weekends. Nurses who have volunteered to work consecutive weekends may withdraw such authorization upon two (2) weeks’ written notice prior to the date a new schedule must be posted.

  • Hours of Work and Scheduling Provisions (b) In the event an Employee is scheduled to work on the evening or night Shift(s) on the day(s) or the night Shift commencing on the day(s) on which the Employee is called as a juror or witness in matters arising out of the Employee’s employment with the Employer, the Employee shall be granted a leave of absence for those scheduled Shift(s).

  • HOURS OF WORK AND SCHEDULING 15.01 The normal hours of work for an employee are not a guarantee of work per day or per week, or a guarantee of days of work per week. The normal hours of work shall be seven and one-half (7-1/2) hours per day, and seventy-five (75) hours in any bi-weekly period.

  • PRE-CONSTRUCTION PHASE SERVICES The Pre-Construction Phase shall be deemed to commence upon the date specified in a written Notice to Proceed with Pre-Construction Phase Services issued by Owner and shall continue through completion of the Construction Documents and procurement of all major Subcontractor agreements. Contractor is not entitled to reimbursement for any costs incurred for Pre-Construction Phase Services performed before issuance of the written Notice to Proceed. Pre-Construction Phase Services may overlap Construction Phase Services. Contractor shall perform the following Pre-Construction Phase Services:

  • Unit Weekend Schedule A unit weekend schedule may be developed in order to meet the Hospital’s need for weekend staff, and individual nurses’ preference for a weekend work schedule. A unit weekend schedule is defined as a schedule in which a full-time nurse works a weekly average of thirty (30) hours and is paid for 37.5 hours at her or his regular straight time hourly rate. The schedule must include two 11.25 hour tours, which fall within a weekend period as determined by the Hospital and the Association. A nurse working a weekend schedule will work every weekend except as provided for in the provisions below. If the Hospital and the Association agree to a unit weekend schedule, the introduction of that schedule and the manner in which the position(s) are filled, shall be determined by the local parties and recorded in the Appendix of Local Provisions. This unit schedule may be discontinued by either party with notice as determined within the Appendix of Local Provisions. The opportunity for an individual nurse to discontinue this schedule shall be resolved by the local parties:

  • NOTICE TO PROCEED AND SCHEDULE The CONSULTANT shall begin the work to be performed under this Contract only upon receipt of the written notice to proceed from the LPA, and shall deliver the work to the LPA in accordance with the schedule contained in Appendix "C" which is herein attached to and made an integral part of this Contract.

The Participating TO will obtain control for operating and maintenance purposes of the Participating TO's Interconnection Facilities and Stand Alone Network Upgrades upon completion of such facilities. Pursuant to Article 5.2, the CAISO will obtain Operational Control of the Stand Alone Network Upgrades prior to the Commercial Operation Date.
