Common use of Continuous Shift Clause in Contracts

Continuous Shift. Workers as prescribed at Clause 14A shall for each week that they work on a continuous shift roster that includes Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays as ordinary working days will accrue annual leave at the rate of 3.365 hours per week of continuous employment.

Continuous Shift. Workers as prescribed at Clause 14A 13 shall for each week that they work on a continuous shift roster that includes Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays as ordinary working days will accrue annual leave at the rate of 3.365 1/13 of the hours per week worked for each period of continuous employment.
