Period of Leave. An employee shall be granted extended military leave for the initial period of enlistment, service, or tour of duty for a period not to exceed five (5) years. In addition, leave shall be granted for a period up to six (6) months from the date of release from duty if the employee requests such extension.
Period of Leave. (a) The period of leave will be for 12 months, from 1 January to 31 December.
(b) Participants will not be able to return to a position at the same school during the 12 month leave period.
(c) Should alternative employment be sought during the year of leave, the employee is to advise the employer.
(d) Should employment as an employee be pursued within a Catholic school, only relief work may be undertaken by the employee.
(e) The year of leave, the fifth year, will be taken in accordance with the conditions as prescribed within Clause 18 - Leave Without Pay of this Agreement.
Period of Leave. 19.1.1 Employees (other than casual employee) covered by this Agreement shall accrue at the end of each 12 months of their continuous employment with the company an entitlement to four (4) weeks leave.
19.1.2 Annual leave shall accrue on the basis of 1/13 of the hours worked for each period of continuous employment.
Period of Leave. 43.1.1 An Employee shall be entitled to 152 hours leave on ordinary pay per year of continuous service with the Employer.
43.1.2 Annual leave will accrue progressively during a year of continuous service, and be credited on a pro-rata basis.
Period of Leave. 7.1.1(a) (i) A full time or part time employee under this award is entitled to a period of 28 consecutive days leave, including non-working days, (i.e 4 weeks) after each 12 months service (less the period of annual leave) with an employer.
Period of Leave. A full time employee is entitled to a period of 4 weeks (152 ordinary hours) annual leave (exclusive of public holidays) after each 12 months continuous service with the Company. The annual leave for full time employees accrues at a rate of 11.6923 hours for each four week period of 152 ordinary hours worked.
Period of Leave. An uncompensated leave may be granted for a period up to one (1) school year. A unit member may apply for a leave once every five consecutive years of service.
Period of Leave. Employees shall be entitled to annual leave on full pay for a period equal to four working weeks for each continuous twelve months’ service with an employer. Annual leave will accrue on a pro rata basis.
