Continuous Shifts. The parties recognize that certain circumstances may warrant continuous shift hours of work, working twelve (12) hours per day and with equal number of days on as days off. A continuous shift would be a shift configuration to either satisfy customer requirements where the customer operates twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week, less scheduled maintenance, if applicable or to allow for increased shop utilization and provide flexible work schedules for Employees.
