Contra Proferentem Rule. Unless otherwise expressly defined in this Agreement, the words used in this Agreement bear their natural meaning. The Parties have had equal opportunity to take legal advice and the contra proferentem rule does not apply to the interpretation of this Agreement. Save as otherwise provided in is this Agreement, each Party shall be responsible for and shall bear all its own fees and expenses with respect to the preparation and negotiation of this Agreement.
Contra Proferentem Rule. Each party has had the opportunity to take legal advice on this Agreement so that none of its provisions shall be construed “contra proferentem”.
Contra Proferentem Rule. The Parties to this Agreement agree that the contra proferentem rule of law shall not be applicable to the interpretation or adjudication of any of the provisions of this Agreement.
Contra Proferentem Rule. Each of the provisions of this Agreement has been negotiated by the parties and drafted for the benefit of the parties, and accordingly the rule of construction that the contract shall be interpreted against or to the disadvantage of the party responsible for the drafting or preparation of the Agreement (ie the contra proferentem rule), shall not apply.
