Contract Administration and Operation. 6.1 COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE. PRODUCER and CUSTOMER shall each appoint a representative (collectively, the "Company Representatives"), who will be duly authorized to act on behalf of the Party that appoints him/her, and with whom the other Party may consult at all reasonable times, and whose instructions, requests, and decisions shall be binding on the appointing Party as to all matters pertaining to the administration of this Agreement.
