Common use of Contract Administration Fund Clause in Contracts

Contract Administration Fund. A. A trust fund entitled "The Contract Administration Trust Fund for Southern California" shall be used only to provide compensation to the Contractors for negotiations and administration of the provisions of this Agreement, including Article VI, for the Industry. Individual Employers shall contribute into the Contract Administration Trust Fund seven cents ($0.07) per hour for each hour paid for or worked and an additional two cents ($0.02) per hour may be allocated by the Trustees during the life of this Agreement. The Trust Fund shall be administered solely by Trustees selected by the Contractors in accordance with a trust agreement to be executed by the Contractors. The Union shall have the right, not more than one (1) time per year, to independently audit the Trust Fund.
