Scheduling of Shifts. (a) The employer shall set up a shift schedule which shall cover a minimum period of four (4) weeks, posted two (2) weeks in advance, which will cover the normal requirements of the work area. Once the schedule is posted the employer shall make every reasonable effort not to alter the schedule without consultation with all employees affected by any change being proposed.
