The Contract Availability clause defines the periods and conditions under which the services or goods specified in the contract must be accessible or operational. Typically, it outlines the required uptime, service hours, or delivery windows, and may specify exceptions such as scheduled maintenance or force majeure events. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear understanding of when contractual obligations must be met, thereby minimizing disputes and setting expectations for performance and reliability.
CONTRACT AVAILABILITY. The District shall provide each employee with a web-based or hard copy of this Agreement and all modifications thereto as approved by the Association Union and District. Such copies shall be prepared and provided by the Association Union. The District and the Association Union will maintain a copy of the current collective bargaining agreement and salary schedule on their respective websites.
CONTRACT AVAILABILITY. A. The Agency will place the Agreement on the Agency’s Intranet home page and provide the Local President and Regional Vice-Presidents with a copy of the Agreement in the currently acceptable electronic format.
B. The Agency will make appropriate arrangements to accommodate visually-impaired employees.
C. Employees may print copies of the agreement as needed.
CONTRACT AVAILABILITY. For each season, the Seasonal Availability Factor ("SAF") shall not be less than [redacted]. [redacted] for variations in SAF above and below [redacted] will be calculated as set forth in Article 5.2.8.
CONTRACT AVAILABILITY. A. State Agencies
1) Use of these agreements is non-mandatory for California state agencies.

B. Local Governmental Agencies
1) Use of these agreements is optional for local governmental agencies.
2) Local governmental is defined as any city, county, city and county, district, or other local governmental body, school district or corporation empowered to expend public funds.
3) While the DGS-PD makes this contract available to local governmental agencies, each local governmental agency shall determine whether use of these agreements is consistent with its procurement policies and regulations.
CONTRACT AVAILABILITY. 1. The Agreement will be posted in searchable portable document format (pdf) on both the Union and the Agency Web sites. No later than 30 days after the effective date of this Agreement, the Agency will send an email to all bargaining unit employees containing an active link to a pdf version of this Agreement. New employees will be informed of the link during orientation.
CONTRACT AVAILABILITY. The City will expeditiously furnish to the Union a written copy of this Agreement, as well as an electronic copy in an editable format (i.e. Word) for review and comment regarding formatting prior to publication. Upon completion of such review, theCity will furnish to the Union, an electronic copy via e-mail. Withinfive (5) business days of the Agreement’s final approval, the City will post the finalAgreement on the City’s Intranet site.
CONTRACT AVAILABILITY. Within forty-five (45) days after the teams’ chief negotiators approve the proof copy of the Agreement, the Board shall make available to all staff members a copy of the proofed agreement.
CONTRACT AVAILABILITY. This Contract must be available to all current and potential NJPA Members who choose to utilize this NJPA Contract to include all governmental and public agencies, public and private primary and secondary education agencies, and all non-profit organizations nationally.

CONTRACT AVAILABILITY. The City will expeditiously furnish to the Union a copy of this Agreement for review and comment regarding formatting prior to publication. Upon completion of such review, the City will furnish to the Union and to each member, an electronic copy via e-mail. Within five (5) business days of the Agreement’s final approval, the City will post the final Agreement on the City’s Intranet site. Within thirty (30) days thereafter, the City will provide to the Union, at no cost, ten (10) printed copies of this Agreement in an 8.5 x 11 bound format of good quality for its administrative purposes. The City shall also provide an electronic copy of this Agreement to the Union in an editable format.
