CONTRACT BOOKLETS. 27.01 It is the intent of the Employer and Union that every employee shall be furnished with a copy of the Collective Agreement in order that everyone understands the Agreement between the Employer and the Union. 27.02 The cost of printing such booklet shall be shared by the Employer and Union, and printed in a Union shop.
