CONTRACT CANCELLATION FEE. Contractor acknowledges and agrees that there will be no cost associated with the cancellation of this Construction Contract for the purposes of the calculation of the Default Termination Payment and the Non-Default Termination Sum under the provisions of Schedule 12 – Compensation on Termination, of the Project Agreement, other than cancellation charges and other costs associated with the termination of any commitments relating to the Construction Work under this Construction Contract that Contractor makes, enters into or incurs in respect of any such work and that are otherwise payable pursuant to the provisions of Schedule 12 – Compensation on Termination, of the Project Agreement.
