Common use of CONTRACT CHANGES REQUESTS Clause in Contracts

CONTRACT CHANGES REQUESTS. Either party hereto may, from time to time, and at any time during the term hereof, request a change, as defined in Section 14.1, in this Agreement. (The party requesting the change is hereinafter referred to as the "Requesting Party.") Requests for changes shall be in writing and shall be addressed and delivered to the other party (the "Notified Party"). Such writing shall be identified as a "Contract Change Request" (or "CCR"), shall carry a sequential number for ease of tracking, shall set forth in detail the nature of the change requested, and shall identify the Products to be changed.
