Common use of Contract Document Clause in Contracts

Contract Document. a. The Network Service Provider shall provide services in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in this contract including its attachments: i. Attachment I; ii. Attachment II; iii. Attachment III; iv. Attachment IV; v. Any additional Attachments as indicated on Appendix C; vi. Any Exhibits referenced in said attachments, together with any documents incorporated by reference, which contain all the terms and conditions agreed upon by the parties. b. The definitions found in the Standard Contract Definitions, located at xxxx://xxx.xxx.xxxxx.xx.xx/admin/contracts/docs/GlossaryofContractTerms.pdf are incorporated into and made a part of this contract. c. The PUR 1000 Form (10/06 version) is hereby incorporated into and made a part of this contract. Sections 1.d., 2-4, 6, 8-13, 20, 23, 27, and 31 of the PUR 1000 Form are not applicable to this contract. In the event of any conflict between the PUR 1000 Form and any other terms or conditions of this contract, such other terms or conditions shall take precedence over the PUR 1000 Form.
