Contract Documents and Technical Specification. Xxxxxx will prepare draft contract documents and technical specifications in a manner consistent with the regulations and standards set forth by the funding agencies anticipated for construction, (i.e. FAA and City of Pueblo). Contract documents shall include all bidding requirements, Federal General Provisions that control the work of the Contractor, Federal Special Provisions specific to this project, Federal Wage Rates, Buy American Provisions, City of Pueblo Special Provisions, and Federal Technical Specifications for the materials with measurement and payment controlled on a unit price basis. The Technical Specifications will be consistent with the latest, available version of FAA AC 150/5370‐10. Technical Specifications will include the following (at a minimum):  C‐100 Contractor Quality Control Program     C‐102 C‐105 P‐151 P‐152 Temporary Air and Water Pollution, Soil Erosion and Siltation Control Mobilization Clearing and Grubbing Excavation and Embankment  P‐153 Controlled Low‐Strength Material (CLSM)  F‐161 Wire Fence with Steel Posts (Class C and D Fence)  F‐162 Chain‐Link Fence  F‐163 Wildlife Deterrent Fence Skirt  F‐164 Wildlife Exclusion Fence  D‐701 Pipe for Storm Drains and Culverts  D‐751 Manholes, Catch Basins, Inlets and Inspection Holes  D‐752 Concrete Culverts, Headwalls, and Miscellaneous Drainage Structures  D‐754 Concrete Gutters, Ditches, and Flumes  T‐901 Seeding  T‐908 Mulching c) 75% Quantities and Engineer’s OPCC: Xxxxxx will develop a 75% OPCC based on the 75% construction plans and technical specifications. As previously stated, the unit pricing for each line item will be based on recent bid tabulations from comparative projects, locations, materials, and quantities available at that time.
