CONTRACT ELIGIBILITY. To be eligible for a contract, and employee must meet the following requirements: Must have a valid Commercial Driver’s License or complete the District’s driver training program; Uphold an unblemished driving record for the past 2-years prior to contract offer (examine DMV records and department reports); and Adhere to all District/department policies and procedures, which include employee conduct standards, attendance standards and dress standards.
