Contract Equipment. The Contractor must provide a complete line of hearing aid equipment and services. All hearing aids must be new. Reconditioned models will not be accepted. Each hearing aid ordered from the Contract must be accompanied by a performance graph, at no extra charge. Preprinted performance graphs are not acceptable. 10.5 Hearing aid models must utilize standard commercial batteries and battery sizes. 10.6 For those hearing aid models that are normally used with a conventional type ear mold, all external hearing aid receivers and adapter nubs for plastic tubing should fit the standard bushing in the ear mold. Where the receiver nubs fail to meet this requirement, suitable adapters must be furnished and firmly attached to the receiver by the manufacturer, at no additional cost. 10.7 Personal frequency modulation (FM) systems must be compatible for use with hearing aids offered using wireless connectivity. The State will not pay any additional charges beyond the price(s) listed, unless otherwise provided for by law or expressly allowed by the Contract. Prices listed within Exhibit D are maximum prices. A unit price and a total for the quantity must be stated for each item quoted. Prices must be quoted in United States currency.
