Common use of Contract Expiration Clause in Contracts

Contract Expiration. A grievance arising under this Contract may be processed through the Grievance Procedure until resolution even after expiration of the Agreement. Any grievance occurring during the period between the termination date of this Agreement and the effective date of a new Agreement shall not be processed if the remedy sought would have an impact on negotiations in progress. Any grievance which arose prior to the effective date of this Agreement shall not be processed.
