Common use of Contract Hourly Rate Clause in Contracts

Contract Hourly Rate. Unless otherwise indicated in this agreement, when District representatives and unit members agree to the assignment of a unit member to a paid task and or responsibility outside the normal assignment and/or during the summer, pay shall be at the rate of $50.00 per hour effective July 1, 2021. The District reserves the right to determine the need for any such assignments.
