Hourly Rate. (A) The amounts shall be computed by multiplying the appropriate hourly rates prescribed in the Agreement by the number of direct labor hours (DLH) performed. Fractional parts of an hour shall be payable on a prorated basis. The hourly rates shall include wages, indirect costs, general and administrative expenses, and profit. (B) Hourly rate means the rate(s) specified in the Agreement for payment for labor that meets the labor category qualifications of a labor category specified in the Agreement that are performed by the Seller, performed by the subcontractors, or transferred between divisions, subsidiaries, or affiliates of the Seller under a common control. (C) Labor hours incurred to perform tasks for which labor qualifications were specified in the Agreement will not be paid to the extent the work is performed by individuals that do not meet the specified qualification. (D) Seller shall substantiate invoices (including any subcontractor hours reimbursed at the hourly rate in the Agreement) by evidence of actual payment and by individual daily job timecards, records that verify the employees meet the qualifications for the labor categories specified in the Agreement, or other substantiation approved by Company. (E) Unless otherwise prescribed in this Agreement, Company may withhold five percent of the amounts due under this paragraph, with the total amount withheld not to exceed $50,000. The amounts withheld shall be retained until the execution and delivery of a release by Xxxxxx as provided below. (F) Unless this Agreement prescribes otherwise, hourly rates shall not be varied by virtue of Seller having performed work on an overtime basis. If overtime rates are provided, the premium portion will be reimbursable only to the extent the overtime is approved by Company.

Hourly Rate. Any Additional Services which are not set forth in this Agreement will be charged on the basis of the hourly rate schedule attached hereto as Exhibit B and reimbursable expenses not contemplated in this Agreement will be charged at actual cost. No Additional Services or costs shall be incurred without proper written authorization of the City.

Promptly after receipt of each substantiated Application for Payment, Princeton University shall, except as otherwise provided in this Contract, and subject to the terms of Clause I1(e)(4), pay the Application for Payment as approved. (ii) Unless the Contract prescribes otherwise, the hourly rates in the Contract shall not be varied by virtue of the Contractor having performed work on an overtime basis. If no overtime rates are provided in the Contract and overtime work is approved in advance by Princeton University, overtime rates shall be negotiated. If the Contract provides rates for overtime, the premium portion of those rates will be reimbursable only to the extent the overtime is approved by Princeton University.

Fractional parts of an hour shall be payable on a prorated basis. Invoices may be submitted once each month (or at more frequent intervals if approved by the Buyer) to the Buyer or Buyer’s designee. The Seller will substantiate invoices by evidence of actual payment, individual daily job timecards, or such other substantiation approved by the Buyer. Promptly after receipt of each substantiated invoice, the Buyer shall, except as otherwise provided in this Contract, and subject to the provisions of subparagraph e. below, make payment thereon as approved by the Buyer. (ii) Unless otherwise specified, the hourly rate or rates set forth in the Contract shall not be varied by virtue of the Seller having performed work on an overtime basis. If no overtime rates are provided in the Contract and the Buyer does not approve overtime work in advance, overtime is not authorized.
Hourly Rate. All work performed by employees shall be paid for at an hourly rate, which hourly rate shall be determined by dividing the actual weekly wage by 44 or by such lesser hours ordinarily worked by the establishment.

Hourly Rate. A teacher’s “hourly rate” shall be determined by dividing the daily rate by 7, subject to State statutes and regulations for determining an hourly rate for Supplemental Service Teacher Contracts, or as those may be revised.
Hourly Rate. From time to time, the District may offer opportunities to Unit Members to write grants, prepare and deliver in-services, or render other non-student services. The rate to be paid for such work shall be $45.00 per hour. The following activities involving student supervision may also be offered at the $45.00 per hour rate: dance chaperoning; substitute teaching for a portion of the day by part-time Unit Members, or substitute teaching by a Unit Member on a shared contract on a non-teaching day, and other duties outside of the regular school day offered by the principal. This does not preclude the District from offering stipends to Unit Members for after-school athletic coaching. Unit Members who wish to volunteer to lead student activities such as after-school or lunch-time clubs may do so without compensation and without violation of the contract. However, Unit Members shall not be pressured to volunteer their time beyond the fifteen (15) hours referred to in Article VII-B, nor shall a refusal to volunteer beyond the fifteen (15) hours be considered in a Unit Member’s evaluation.
Hourly Rate. A teacher’s hourly rate shall be determined by dividing the daily rate by the number of hours in the Regular Teacher’s Contract.
