Pay Rates. The rates of pay for overtime shall be:
a) one and one-half (1 1/2) times an employee's regular rate of pay for the first three (3) overtime hours worked in a day or eight (8) overtime hours worked in a week, and two (2) times thereafter; and
b) two (2) times an employee's regular rate of pay for all overtime worked on a scheduled rest day.

Pay Rates. All rates prescribed in the scales of pay are the standard rates of pay authorized for full-time employment. When employment is on a part-time basis, employees shall be paid for all time actually worked.

Six (6) or eight (8) hour food and nutrition workers are paid on a salary schedule that provides for an annual one-step increment until the employee reaches Step 10 of the salary schedule to which the position is assigned. The employee must have been on active pay status for six months prior to July 1 in order to qualify for a one-step increment. Longevity increases are defined at the bottom of each salary schedule.
Pay Rates.
18.01 The Employer agrees to a Graduate Teaching Assistantship hourly wage as follows: Effective Date Wage Rate
18.02 Any Graduate Teaching Assistantship that is less than 140 hours per term will be provided a pay rate and all other appropriate conditions contained in this Agreement (vacation pay, sick leave entitlement, pregnancy leave entitlement, etc.) on the corresponding pro rata basis.
18.03 The parties agree that the full amount of any increase in wage rates negotiated by the parties shall result in a real increase of that amount in total monies received by the employee from the University. There shall be no clawbacks to other funding received from the University as a result of a negotiated wage increase. Any concern regarding potential clawback will be directed to SGPS.
Pay Rates. The WA Minimum Conditions of Employment Act provides minimum pay rates. This act applies to all state employers on dairy farms in WA as there is no state award applicable to work on dairy farms in WA. When determining a pay rate, employers and employees should consider not only wages and salary but also other benefits which may be provided by the business for the purpose of making the position more attractive to the employee and thus assisting in staff retention. Employers could consider other benefits such as accommodation and use of vehicles, provision of meat and milk, extra superannuation, and extra leave entitlements.
