Common use of Contract Minimums Clause in Contracts

Contract Minimums. The minimum guaranteed order for each contract is one or more task orders valued at $2,500.00 for the life of the contract. In the event a task order is not issued within 30 days of contract award, payment may be made at the end of the basic period by issuing an order for $2,500.00 and will be paid only if the contractor is not awarded a task order in the basic year of the contract. The government guarantees this amount over the life of the contract period. No separate guarantee exists for each option year. B4. LABOR CLASSIFICATIONS 4.1. Labor classifications in the Schedules at Section J Attachment 2 are estimates of the type of personnel required to perform the services covered in the statement of work (SOW) and resulting Task Orders. The Government reserves the right to add additional classifications for similar type work based on National Guard requirements.
