CONTRACT MONITORING AND AUDITS. 13.1. The Employment Business reserves the right to audit the Consultancy on a quarterly basis to ensure compliance with this Agreement and all statutory requirements in relation to all Consultancy Staff supplied to provide the Consultancy Services including in particular but not limited to ITEPA and the NICs legislation.
