Common use of Contract Monitoring/Performance Evaluation/Plan of Correction Clause in Contracts

Contract Monitoring/Performance Evaluation/Plan of Correction. (a) Provider agrees that all records, books, documents, accounting procedures, practices or any other items relevant to this Agreement shall be made available for examination or audit by personnel authorized by CMHSP or law including State and Federal auditors. As applicable to Inpatient Facilities, Provider agrees to demonstrate continuous improvement in meeting standards as indicated in MPM and the Inpatient Affiliation Provider Manual (SECTION VI: QUALITY INDICATORS).
