2. Initial wage increase will be retroactive to October 1, 2018 for all hours paid.
3. Wage increases will be paid in two (2) parts each year. Wage increase #1 of forty-five U.S. Cents ($0.45) will be processed on or about the first fiscal Monday of October during the life of this Collective Bargaining Agreement. Non-renewal of contract: A teacher who is not to receive a contract for the following school year for reasons other than Reduction in Force shall be notified in writing of such intent by the Superintendent or designee not later than March 30. Notification of non-renewal shall be in writing, setting forth the grounds therefore. If the evaluator or the Superintendent decides to recommend contract non- renewal, denial of continuing contract or any other adverse personnel action, the employee shall be given notice at least five (5) days prior to any official Board action. Upon request, reasons will be given in writing.
