Contract Payment This Contract shall not exceed Insert contract amount here which shall be paid by DEO in consideration for Contractor’s provision of goods and/or services as set forth by the terms and conditions of this Contract. The State of Florida and DEO’s performance and obligation to pay under this Contract is contingent upon an annual appropriation by the Legislature and availability of any and all applicable federal funds. DEO shall be the final authority as to the availability of funds for this Contract, and as to what constitutes an “annual appropriation” of funds to complete this Contract. If such funds are not appropriated or available for the Contract purpose, such event will not constitute a default on DEO or the State. DEO agrees to notify Contractor in writing at the earliest possible time if funds are not appropriated or available. The cost for services rendered under any other Contract or to be paid from any other source is not eligible for reimbursement under this Contract.
CONTRACT PAYMENTS Payments cannot be processed by Authorized Users until the Vehicles have been delivered and accepted in accordance with Section III.3

190 Contract Complete This contract is the final expression of the Parties' agreement. There are no understandings, agreements, or representations, expressed or implied, which are not specified in this contract.
Extra Contract Agreements (a) The Employer agrees not to enter into any agreement or contract with its employees, individually or collectively, which in any way conflicts with the terms and provisions of this Agreement. Any such agreement shall be null and void.
CONTRACT COMPLETE This Contract represents the complete agreement between the parties. No other understanding regarding this Contract, whether written or oral, may be used to bind either party. For any conflict between the attached Proposal and the terms set out in Articles 1-22 of this Contract, the terms of Articles 1-22 will govern.
Non-responsible Contractor The County may debar a Contractor if the Board of Supervisors finds, in its discretion, that the Contractor has done any of the following: (1) violated a term of a contract with the County or a nonprofit corporation created by the County, (2) committed an act or omission which negatively reflects on the Contractor’s quality, fitness or capacity to perform a contract with the County, any other public entity, or a nonprofit corporation created by the County, or engaged in a pattern or practice which negatively reflects on same, (3) committed an act or offense which indicates a lack of business integrity or business honesty, or (4) made or submitted a false claim against the County or any other public entity.
Contract Work Contract work means capital project work within existing plant facilities, major maintenance and/or revamp work, plant modifications and/or shutdown work, minor maintenance and/or repair work, breakdown maintenance.
WHOLE CONTRACT This Contract constitutes the complete and exclusive statement of the Contract between the parties relevant to the purpose described herein and supersedes all prior agreements or proposals, oral or written, and all other communication between the parties relating to the subject matter of this Contract.
