Contract Price. 10.1 In consideration of the performance by the Contractor of the Contractor’s obligations under the Contract by the Contractor, the Authority shall pay the Contract Price in accordance with clause 11 below. 10.2 The Authority shall, in addition to the Contract Price and following Receipt of a valid VAT invoice, pay the Contractor a sum equal to the VAT chargeable on the value of the Goods or Services supplied in accordance with the Contract.
