Contract Provisions and Signatures. It is understood and agreed that the grantee shall comply with all federal, state, and local laws, regulations, or ordinances applicable to this agreement and that this Agreement is contingent upon grantee complying with such requirements. This Agreement shall be executed by those officials authorized to execute this Agreement on the grantee's behalf. In the event grantee's governing body delegates signature of the Agreement, grantee shall attach to this Agreement a copy of the motion or resolution which authorizes said officials to execute this Agreement, and shall also certify its authenticity.

  • Counterparts and Signatures The Agreement may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which taken together shall constitute one and the same instrument. A Party may evidence its execution and delivery of the Agreement by transmission of a signed copy of the Agreement via facsimile or email.
