Contract Recency. Offerors shall consider both the nature and magnitude of the effort(s) as they relate specifically to this requirement. No specific period is defined for contracts to be submitted for evaluation under this factor; however, Offerors are advised that the City’s evaluation of submitted contracts for Performance Confidence will include an evaluation of how recently performance has occurred.
