CONTRACT REIMBURSEMENT. The Company shall reimburse Executive on a fully grossed-up, after-tax basis or directly pay for all reasonable legal fees and costs attributed to the development, reviews and modifications of this Agreement and associated legal services. Such fees and costs shall not exceed two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500). This Section 14 shall not be deemed to limit any of Executive's rights under Section 23 ("Attorneys' Fees").
